21.01.2022 Does your organisation need to review its bullying, harassment and OHS policies and establish better management practices to create "culture of voice"?
15.01.2022 These stories are in the public interest. Staffers are employed by federal and state governments. Their salaries are paid by taxpayers. Their bosses are our lawmakers.
13.01.2022 The Productivity Commission report found 6 per cent of workers compensation claims were for work-related mental health conditions. However, the cost of those cl...aims was also about 2.5 times as much as other workplace claims, they involved 2.5 times as much time off work, and were "much less likely" to be accepted. See more
12.01.2022 Only 42 per cent of people who were bullied reported it, with many saying they did not think any action would be taken or they worried it would affect their career.

06.01.2022 The phases of #workplacemobbing Phase 1: unresolved conflict - Marwa Elselehdar secures role as Egypt’s first female ship captain. Phase 2: aggressive acts and psychological assaults - she faced sexism at every turn Phase 3: FALSE ACCUSATIONS - being set up and having records doctored so that Elselehdar would be blamed for the Suez blockage when she was 200 miles away!

04.01.2022 "Almost all medically discharged police officers leave due to psychological injuries, which are primarily caused by internal/organisational factors, says the NSW Police Association. Like many other workplaces, the strategies that the NSW Police Force have implemented are addressing the consequences of harm from psychosocial risks, rather than controlling those risks, such as managing work intensification, workplace conflict and burnout, the association said.
03.01.2022 Congratulations to Ms Yelda on this outcome. Ms Yelda's image was featured in what was supposed to be a WH&S poster but suggested much more than that. However, this doesn't seem to be the beginning or end of Ms Yelda's experience of #workplacemobbing in this particular workplace environment. The court documents are an interesting read - particularly at paragraph 39 where her manager attempts to discredit her. http://www.austlii.edu.au//cases/nsw/NSWCATAD/2019/203.html
