23.01.2022 This is a session, I developed and ran for a large organisation last year, and had lots of lovely feedback. It is suitable for anyone that is around young people or adolescents, whether that's in a workplace, or learning situation. Working with, and Engaging, Young People and Adolescents... In this session the participants will: - Gain an understanding the stages that influence young people's experiences and behaviours, and therefore their participation and performance in work or school. - Learn ways to engage and motivate engagement and learning, in a workplace or school environment. - Look at different communication styles, and how to use these effectively. - Learn how to hold difficult conversations with adolescents, and young people, and key concepts to use to work towards common goals. 22.01.2022 When we meet with workplaces and have discussions around how they can STOP multi-tasking to help reduce stress and improve efficiencies we refer to 'the tabs open in our brains' ... our brain just can't address all the tabs at the one time. Ask us more if you would like to have a team PD to help reduce stress in your workplace.

This session unpacks Emotional Intelligence(EQ), the benefits of building EQ, and how we can build it. This has a particular focus on how we communicate, including how our body language, and non-verbal messages may be received, and interpreted. 01.01.2022 What an awesome day we had with the team from Department of Water and Environmental Regulation! There were disco lights, chocolate eating, and Mindful listening. As well as learning about the Neuroscience of why Multi-tasking DOESN'T work, and ways to improve our focus and attention, to reduce splitting our attention over multiple areas. ... We also talked about the benefits of Mindfulness, and incorporating Mindfulness and Well-being practices into the workplace, and why this is so good for our brains, our work life and ultimately overall well-being thanks for having us!
