03.01.2022 Pet Grooming is essential. Period. This is a serious welfare issue for many of our furry friends. Some dogs can be particularly difficult to groom and the failure of our government to understand that this is causing pain for many animals or to even acknowledge this as a welfare issue sickens me. Skin conditions, body temperature issues, ability to see and hear easily, ability to move freely, knots can cause pain, injuries can easily be missed. I understand that we need to take covid-19 seriously, but I believe this can be done without hurting or causing unnecessary discomfort to animals.
