21.01.2022 We provide a free, quality recruitment service for all employers, big or small. Every single vacancy is valued. It gives us an opportunity to place our customers into employment, providing a win-win for both parties. Recruitment is at the heart of our business but, as a registered charity, we don't lose sight of the fact that in providing employers with their next great employee, we're all helping to change the lives of unemployed people, many of whom have overcome barriers t...o get into work either for the first time or again. Today we're hearing from our Recruitment Advisor Natasha, who discusses her own employment journey at Workskil Australia and how that has helped shape her role.
