25.01.2022 Finding the right work/life balance under what you would consider normal circumstances is difficult - but throw in a pandemic and it seems completely unachievable. Read our article about how Workwear Group introduced mindfulness for all employees.

19.01.2022 "Always Was, Always Will Be" recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. NAIDOC 2020 invites all Australians to embrace the true history of this country a history which dates back thousands of generations. It’s about seeing, hearing and learning the First Nations’ 65,000+ year history of this country - which is Australian history. We want all Australians to celebrate that we have the oldest continuing cultures on th...e planet and to recognise that our sovereignty was never ceded. Workwear Group would like to acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam Clan of the Boon Wurrung nation who are the traditional custodians of the land on which Workwear Group Australia head office stands. We would like to pay respect to the Yaluk-ut Weelam Elders, past and present, and extend this respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from other communities. #NAIDOC2020 #NAIDOCWeek

18.01.2022 Every year at 11am on 11 November, the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, we pause to remember those men and women who have died or suffered in all wars, conflicts and peace operations. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. As the world welcomed peace, thousands returned home to much fanfare, and their loved ones. Thousands more never made the journey home.

09.01.2022 To celebrate NAIDOC Week, Workwear Group welcomed Peter Maynard (General Manager of the Casey Football Club) and Matthew Whelan (Indigenous Project Officer Melbourne Football Club & Former AFL professional) to talk to our team about the importance of community, diversity & inclusion, educating our youth through grassroots activities, and of course, the importance of NAIDOC Week. The session allowed team members the opportunity to ask questions of our guests, covering a numbe...r of interesting topics such as storytelling, indigenous language, the importance of cultural immersion and how we can positively contribute to our community. During the conversation, Matthew made a really powerful statement We’re the oldest living culture in the world, that’s Australia’s history, not just Aboriginal history and it’s something we should be proud of. This was a reminder to us all, that we have a rich indigenous history that we can all honour and engage. We are incredibly privileged to have spent this time with Peter and Matthew and the team walked away feeling inspired, motivated and most importantly educated! #NAIDOC2020 #NAIDOCWeek #NAIDOC
