23.01.2022 Final screenings 0TF 2020 in Freo. @DADAA Theatre. Two screenings only - Fri 27 & Sat 28 Nov. Filmmakers Talk! ‘A Low Budget Film’ (Brazil)... Being part of a festival on the other side of the world whose theme is comedy is fantastic. ‘Over The Fence’ has a huge history and playing a small part of it is an honor, especially at times when comedy and to laugh at ourselves is becoming increasingly necessary. Thank you! Paulo Leierer - Dir & Writer. More info & tix www.overthefence.com.au

21.01.2022 Final 2 screenings 0TF 2020 in Freo. DADAA Theatre. 2 screenings only - Fri 27 & Sat 28 Nov. 'Filmmakers Talk'!... ‘Tragically Deaf’ (South Aust). We think that it is fantastic that 'Tragically Deaf' has made it into Over The Fence Comedy Film Festival. We hope that our short film will make the audience laugh as well as learn something new, such as seeing some glimpses of what it may or may not feel like being deaf in everyday life. This film portrays conflicting ideas and opinions in a humourous and ironic manner surrounding what 'others' may think what a deaf person 'ought' to be in life. It is great that there is potential that this film will reach a large audience since the festival travels. We thank you for your time in watching our film and we hope you enjoy it.’ Max Corkindale & Paul Vagnarelli . co-Writers & co-Prods +. More info & tix www.overthefence.com.au

15.01.2022 Come on down to Fremantle for the final OTF 2020 screenings! Filmmakers Talk! ‘HeartBreakins’ (Qld)... It was such a great honour to be accepted into Over the Fence comedy film festival. The whole team worked really hard on the project and to find out it will be shown at a festival that goes to so many locations is really exciting. We are looking forward to OTF coming to Brisbane to see all the other short films that made it. Zack van Prooije - Dir, Writer & Prod. 2 screenings DADAA Theatre, Freo - Fri 27 & Sat 28 Nov. 11.01.2022 Come on down to Fremantle for our final OTF 2020 screenings! Filmmakers Talk! 'Accident' (Holland)... Mad Max, Mad Max 2 and of course Crocodile Dundee! Ever since I was a little child back in my home country of the Netherlands, I used to sit in front of my TV and watch all these movies take place in this beautiful mythical place called Australia. Right there and then I made a vow to myself: I will one day visit this beautiful country! Many years later I became a film director and while searching for what my new movie should be about I found out that my girlfriend was cheating on me... and so "Accident", a dedication to this amazing sack of shit, was born. With the selection of "Accident" by the Over The Fence Comedy Film Festival my dream could have finally come true, wouldn't it be that my entire life sometimes feels like one big dark-comedy movie: due to work I won’t be able to make it. I hope you enjoy my homage to this amazing person, don't forget to laugh and one day I will see you Australia... I will see you! David Cocheret - Director, Paul de Vrijer - Writer 2 screenings DADAA Theatre, Freo - Fri 27 & Sat 28 Nov. More info & tix www.overthefence.com.au
