25.01.2022 This week with all that is going on in the world, our Kinder Children have been focusing on emotions. What do emotions look like? What do emotions feel like? How can we describe our emotions and how we are feeling? We have enjoyed participating in learning experiences with our emotion mirrors, and using lots of different resources weve created our own emotion puppets! We even had some amazing big helpers to set up our craft tables.

17.01.2022 Today as an extension of learning from environment day our Kindergarten children went for a walk to our local park lands! They went and explored the natural environment for materials to add to our craft and building resources. However once they came back with their bag full of resources and natural materials they decided they would engage in a group experience and use them to create a castle in our sandpit!

16.01.2022 Good afternoon Families, We are aware that the Victorian government have just announced a state of disaster, as well as stage 4 restrictions in Victoria as of tonight. We will update you all as soon as we know more, and as always were here to support our wonderful families. Together we can get through anything! Megan

09.01.2022 Our Kindergarten children have been keeping busy with lots of different sensory activities. They have engaged in science experiments with bicarbonate soda, made their own gloop and also incorporated literacy into a shaving cream learning experience. Also as a spontaneous learning project the children discovered a bag worm cocoon hanging from the outside playhouse. Somehow it detached itself and was found the next day within the tan bark. The children are now taking an active interest in the process of the cocoon using various methods to investigate and research. We will keep you updated with this project
