10.01.2022 Some more great reviews about the I-Rotary Apex seals Out of 5 engines with the I-ROTARY Apex seals so far. Each set was identical to a Mazda OE seal in most ways. measuring at 80.10 - 80.11mm where as most other "unbreakable" seals measure all over the place ( 79.78 - 80.15mm). Each engine has fired up on the first try without issue and only got better with runtime. One engine was being tuned by another shop and severely detonated due to over advance. The rear flat housi...ng was cracked at the dowel landing, the rear rotor was dented above the bath tub combustion pocket, 6 of the 12 corner seals were broken and the apex seals still survived. The I-Rotary seals were slightly warped, but the rotor housings were still in tact and in usable condition. I will recommend these seals to anyone modifying their engine beyond factory specs! Best aftermarket apex seal Ive ever seen/used. See more

07.01.2022 We are proud and excited to announce that we are the Australian Distributor of the new 2mm 2 pce 13B. i-Rotary Metallic Apex Seals These Seals are much stronger/harder than any other aftermarket Seals.... These exceptional, patent pending, i-Rotary Apex Seals can handle extremely high levels of boost, and are perfectly suited for drag racing and other high performance applications. The i-Rotary Seals will bed in much quicker than any other Seals; and that can be of benefit in making superior HP numbers i.e. - Competition engines that dont have the luxury of "run in" time. The i-Rotary Seals are made to OEM tolerances, so every engine will have maximum performance from the start. Engine builders are saving a tremendous amount of time(4-6 hrs) when assembling an engine because the Seal is made as accurate and as flat as an OEM Mazda factory Apex Seal. i-Rotary Seals are available in 2mm 2pc only and are designed to be used with Mazda Apex Seal Springs. THESE SEALS WILL PUT UP THE NUMBERS!! Made in the USA For more info please call 0400500992

03.01.2022 Jump on-board with Craig Caspersz in his SA22C Improved Production RX-7 at Sandown Raceway for round 1 of the Victorian State Circuit Racing Championship. His c...ar runs in the Under 3Litre class, with a 13B Bridgeport built by WPS Racing Products. Unfortunately the series regulations dont allow peripheral ports in early RX-7s. Induction is an EFI Hardware IDA throttle body kit, using Bosch 550cc and 980cc injectors, running on premixed pump fuel (98ron). It breathes through a custom OTR intake with twin BMC AIR FILTERS and a 3" exhaust. The car has Raceworks 200 series Teflon braided lines used throughout. At the rear, a Raceworks 20gallon Fuel Cell has been modified for use as a drop tank. A Pierburg lift pump feeds a custom surge tank that delivers fuel to an external Walbro pump. Management is a MoTeC M84 ecu with a Motec CDL dash. The car was initially tuned by WPS, and is fine tuned by Craig at the track. This is the first race meet with the recently fitted dog box, built by Modena Engineering. Craig is still learning to drive with the new box, and at this stage is still using the clutch on upshifts. Hes worked out that the diff ratio is not quite right for Sandown after the change of gearbox, and the gear shifter could be a little closer to the steering wheel. In keeping with the Improved Production regs, the car still maintains a H-Pattern box. Sandown is a horsepower track, which is evident when you see the larger capacity cars pull away down the two straights. Craigs car runs on a fairly small 7" wide wheel (Again, restricted by regs), and a 225 wide Advan A050 Tyre. It pulls up using AP Racing front calipers, Nissan R33 rear calipers, with Hawk pads and AP J-hook rotors. The diff is based on an original 1st gen RX-7 diff, and utilises a panhard rod. Unfortunately towards the end of this video, Craig made a slight error, turned the car around and was t-boned. He still managed to finish the race and weekend in 5th position outright, and first in his class. There is some damage to the car, but rest assured Craig will have the car repaired and ready to go by round 2 at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on May 5th!
