20.01.2022 Unfortunately there will be no classes today and tomorrow. Sempai Mohammed’s father passed away peacefully this morning surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. We are surrounded by family and will be spending this time with each other. He is no longer suffering and looking after our baby girl Yasminah in heaven. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. Love Mohammed, Rebecca, Zach, Aisha, Aaliyah and Adam x

19.01.2022 {UPDATED TIMETABLE from MONDAY 4TH JANUARY 2021} First Day of Classes for 2021 will be tomorrow - Monday 4th January 2021 We have decided to keep the same timetable from last year in the interim, with one slight modification. Red Senior students are now included in the Intermediate to Advanced classes. All other classes remain unchanged. {COVID}... All students MUST check in before entering the dojo by scanning the Service NSW QR Code displayed at the entry. I will also have physical copies available for parents to keep, so you can easily scan before dropping off students for class. The following measures from NSW Health apply for us to be able to safely re-open and remain open. We will be strictly enforcing these measures: If you have experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or travelled overseas or been in a designated COVID Hotspot in the past month, please do not enter the dojo No parents or spectators will be allowed inside in the dojo Students will need to wash their hands before and after class Hand sanitiser will be readily available for students to access around the dojo Students must bring their own water bottle and all sparring and training equipment There will be no access to the fridge, kitchen or lockers Students will be asked to place their water bottle and shoes on a X marked on the floor and place their bags on the seat above. These spots will be marked 1.5m apart to maintain physical distancing Physical distancing must be maintained at all times - when entering and leaving the dojo and during training. There will obviously be no contact until further notice Please ensure that your personal details are up to date. We are required to obtain and keep for 28 days, a list of name, mobile number and email address of any person who enters the dojo, in the event that it is needed for any contact tracing by NSW Health - it would help us immensely if you used the Service NSW QR code. Whilst this is not the start to 2021 we were all hoping for, we will make the best of the situation we are in. We are looking forward to empowering everyone, to set and achieve new goals in 2021! Osu! Sempai Mohammed, Rebecca and family

17.01.2022 As the year comes to an end, a year quite like no other, we want to take a moment to personally say THANK YOU to each and every one of our students and their families, who have supported our family karate dojo this year. It has been a tough year for so many people in many different ways, our family included. We are looking forward to a more positive 2021. The final classes will be this Saturday 19th December 2020. ... We will be closed from Monday 21st December 2020 and Re-Open Monday 4th January 2021. We hope that you all have a wonderful break with your family and friends and remember to enjoy the little things over the silly season. We look forward to empowering everyone, to set and achieve new goals in 2021! Osu! Lots of Love and Gratitude from Sempai Mohammed, Rebecca, Zach, Aisha, Aaliyah and Adam

15.01.2022 {UPDATED TIMETABLE - EFFECTIVE TUESDAY 6TH APRIL 2021}

13.01.2022 {IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING COVID RESTRICTIONS} Osu! Dear Students and Parents, As per the updated NSW Government requirements, we must enforce the following rules until 12:01am on Thursday 1 July 2021. ... Everyone entering the dojo needs to use the COVID check-in located at the front door and in reception. Masks are now Mandatory from 4pm today Wednesday 23rd June 2021. Students under the age of 12 participating in class DO NOT need to wear a mask. ALL Students over the age of 13 MUST wear a mask. Little Ninja Parents - you will still be able to watch, but will need to wear a mask and maintain a distance of 1.5m between yourself and others. Classes are capped at 20 participants - unfortunately for today that means the first 20 students to arrive at a class will be allowed in, after this amount we will need to turn students away. I will work on a solution moving forward for the next week to ensure everyone can still attend their lessons. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class, to allow people from the current class to leave and reduce the amount of people congregating outside. Please do not attend or enter the dojo if you have any symptoms no matter how mild or have been at a confirmed exposure site. Thank you for co-operation. Together we will get through this next week. Osu! Mrs Sempai
