18.01.2022 Wulguru Vet Clinic Coronavirus protocols To all of our clients, we are currently still open and will continue to be in the next coming weeks- months. We are asking a few things of our clients so we can continue to work and care for your pets. * if you have returned from overseas, have been diagnosed or are currently unwell, please stay at home. We are more than accommodating here at Wulguru and are happy to answer any questions over the phone. ... * We ask that you limit the number of family and/or friends coming to the appointment to 1 person per animal. This will minimise the amount of people in the waiting area at any given time so we can implement the recommended social distancing to reduce the transmission. If the waiting area is busy we please ask you to wait outside or in your car and call the clinic to notify the staff that you have arrived for your appointment. * We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry and exit from the premises with sanitizer provided by us. * Our normal protocol of phoning ahead for collection of prescriptions and food is still in place however, we are now asking for at least 24hrs notice. This will ensure everything is ready for collection thus minimizing the time you have to spend in the clinic.
