How good is golf we had 20 players show up to play on Sunday it was a beautiful day. Mr Campbell had a day out straight down the middle of the fairway If he strayed off the fairway into the bush it will sitting up waiting to be hit as no grasstrees in its way Also, it was the last round of CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP At the start Matt was leading Steve by 2 shots Matt got off to a good start with a par going up by 3 shots but Steve hit back with a birdie on the par 5 hole then for the next 7-holes Steve crawled his way back to finish the first nine with 38 shots to Matts 41 The second nine the hometown favourite Steve piled more pressure on Matt (TROHPY HUNTER) for the first four holes then on holes 14 & 15 double bogied until his reserve of Johnny Walker that he had stored in body dried up he then let Matt take the lead. He fought back right up to the last hole & needed to sink the putt to tie the championship but he missed.
