Enter the week with an open and positive mindset... Plan your meals for the week Either for work, school, dinner etc. plan your meals in advance to avoid the rush during the week. Give yourself ample time Set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier this week if you can (granted you make sure you get to bed on time) and give yourself time to properly get ready in the morning and start your day right, rather than stressing and running around like a headless chicken!
