25.01.2022 YES WE ARE OPEN To our valued customers, The Coronavirus has had a significant impact on everyone. This situation is unprecedented, evolving and challenging for all involved. Whilst this is outside of our control, we are doing everything we can to support our customers and our team members. We thank you for your patience and ongoing support and remind everyone that presently we are open for business and we continue to welcome customers into our park.... What we are doing to keep everyone safe: Our cleaning practices have always been diligent; however, we are introducing additional cleaning services to all common surface areas that may be used by more than one person i.e. washing machine controls, keypads on door locks, lids on the rubbish/recycle bins, handles of doors and all tapware. These will be wiped with disinfectant whilst the park has guests enjoying the surroundings. The common areas e.g. our television/dining room will have bottles of disinfectant in them if you wish to use these areas. We will encourage our guests and our staff members to: Use their own discretion and wipe surfaces themselves before and after use. Stay away from groups of other guests. As per the guidelines, keep socially distant, 1 - 1.5 metres apart. Use your own utensils if using the communal BBQ’s and wipe the arm rests of the chairs that you might choose to use. If you are feeling unwell, please stay in your own cabin/caravan If you are feeling unwell before you leave your home base stay at home and do not travel. Do no share or use any other person’s mobile phone or iPad etc. We request that everyone who visits our Caravan Park practices good hygiene by regularly washing hands thoroughly with soap and covering coughs and sneezes with the elbow. Cancellation/Refund Policy: We have had many enquiries re: what if we have to cancel our booking? For any reservations with an arrival date from now until the 31st of May 2020, the following will apply. (This time frame will be reviewed and extended if Authorities deem it necessary). In the case of the Park being advised by Government Health Authorities, that we must be closed and therefore unable to welcome guests, then a full refund will apply. If, however, guests choose to cancel on their own volition and the park remains open, then there will be 2 choices: A full credit towards a future booking will be issued OR A refund of monies according to our booking terms & conditions.

23.01.2022 Business as usual, if you are concerned about your stay please be reassured we are taking extra measures in disinfecting all surfaces regularly, we are supplying spray bottles around the park to disinfect all surfaces for your use in the amenities and camp kitchen etc. all camp sites are more than a meter apart.
