25.01.2022 Dear students, Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread across the world with increasing numbers in a growing number of countries on several continents. Our priority is to minimise the spread and risk of COVID-19 and to keep our Bikram Yoga Bella Vista community safe. As an extra precaution for our studio may we ask that all students begin to be more vigilant in any social gathering with people who may have recently returned from overseas.... Self-Isolation All teacher, students are asked to self-isolate for a period of 14 days where they have recently travelled overseas to or through an affected region or country. The 14 day period commences from your departure date from the affected location. Based on the information that we have available, the following are considered affected and high-risk locations: China Iran Italy South Korea Cambodia Hong Kong Indonesia Japan Singapore Thailand Additional locations are likely to be added to this list as the virus continues to spread. Should this affect you, we also request evidence of your return date to Australia so as to ensure the 14 day clearance. Thanks!

25.01.2022 Celebrating the year 2020, a year like no other. No class to zoom classes to 10 students classes to 20 students class to today. This whirlwind has taken us 360 degrees: mentally and physically we are stronger.

24.01.2022 Back to the hot room and met all the lovely YOGIS! This is a matter of utmost urgency! Until 21st of June , our small class with 10 students per class almost fully booked. From 22nd of June , we allowed 20 students per class! All membership will be active to use with maximum 3 class per student per week. It will be open to book from tomorrow 15th June.... .......Booking is essential........ Thank you for your support during the unprecedented times we are all going though. We look forward to welcoming you all back to the studio and can't wait to do yoga together!

We at Bella Vista will embrace this change with open arms and with only you on our minds and in our hearts. Starting from Monday the 18th of May in collaboration with our teachers we have united and agreed to offer all students FREE Bikram Yoga via online zoom application. Each day you will be taught by our dedicated fun loving teachers who believe giving health is more important than wealth in these times. Please join our daily practise at no cost to you. However to get through this period, also build up our immunization system, Our live online class will start from tomorrow, cant wait to see you all!! ... 06.01.2022 3 New Classes Starting 20th July Dear Yogis Welcome to a new week, we will be adding 3 new classes to our regular schedule they are:... * Mondays 6am * Tuesdays 10am and * Thursdays 10am These additional classes have been scheduled to meet the increase in demand and to ensure we continue to social distance. More classes will be added once we fill these. Please continue to observe your own personal hygiene for the well-being of the studio. We ask that you continue to cooperate with our temperature check upon sign in and to return home if unwell. Online bookings will remain, if you must cancel please do so 12 hours before class start time at the latest as other yogis are desperately wanting to practice. Our world outside is a little unsettled at the moment, the way we travel through this time is to go within ourselves where we can always manifest stillness and happiness. 06.01.2022 We wish all of our Students a very Merry Christmas! We thank everyone for their constant support and patience with us during this tough year. We hope everyone enjoys the class and we can't wait to see all of you have regular practice next year! We will be closed on 25, 26 Dec and 1Jan... Reduce schedule from 21 Dec Yearly pass and direct debit students could go unlimited class from 12th Jan once our schedule back to normal. However Bikram Yoga Bella Vista would like to ensure everyone students has comfortable spot to practice, we will still limited to 35 students per class, booking still essential to secure your spot, No latest cancellation, you could cancel the class at last minute. Also, just a friendly reminder to please cancel if you not coming to respect others. Furthermore, thank you so much for all of you being support the bikram yoga community

05.01.2022 Our priority is to minimise the spread and risk of COVID-19 and to keep our Bikram Yoga Bella Vista community safe. Maximum 25 students each class, each student has approximately 4.8 square meters. After class all door handles, bathroom taps, showers, toilets and carpet will be sprayed with disinfectant.... As an extra precaution for our studio may we ask that: 1.Be more vigilant in any social gathering with people who may have recently returned from overseas. 2. Self-isolate for a period of 14 days where you have recently travelled overseas. 3.When you arrive at the studio, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water. 4.Stay at home if your are sick. 5.Keep your water bottle and yoga mat clean. 6.Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands. 7.To reduce and-to-hand touching, we will not be providing locker keys for the time being.
