07.01.2022 As we are all wearing masks to stay safe at the moment, we have some tips and hints for everyone: * masks attenuate (soften) voices. Please talk up a little bit so the listener can hear you better. * don’t talk too fast. We cannot use our speech reading skills so are purely relying on what we hear. Quick speech can be challenging to follow. * if you wear hearing aids, please be careful when taking off your mask. We have had an increased number of lost hearing aids because of this. Please call Dee or Richard if you have any questions. We are still operating during stage three restrictions for hearing and wax removal services.
