25.01.2022 GOOD MORNING MONDAY: It’s back to school day for two of my kids today. So happy for them to be back at school. It has been a long time of remote learning and while I have actually enjoyed having my kids at home and spending more time with them at times it has been a challenge for us all. I work from home so trying to get my work done and helping my youngest with her school work was a challenge. 21.01.2022 This entrance in my Warrandyte project was a pleasure to design. The family loves natural materials and they fell in love with the art from @designerboys as soon as I suggested it. A beautiful piece that adds a bit of colour to the home. I always love adding a box in the entrance so there is somewhere to put keys, garage door remotes and little things like hair ties. This mum said she was always looking for a hair tie when they left for school so now they are stored in this... decorative box. Hope you’re having a great week end. 11.01.2022 Sunday- Getting some foliage from our garden today. I’ve used a cookie jar for a vase today because it’s the perfect size and I love the ribbed glass. I use any jars I have as vases. It can be a vegemite jar, coffe jar - I just wash them and use hot water to clean them. My tip for getting rid of any glue on the outside of the jar is to use eucalyptus oil. 04.01.2022 This client in Eltham wanted a beautiful lounge room to relax in. The room has a cathedral ceiling with a beautiful picture window. I chose 6 mirrors that we will hang together to reflect the view and create a wow when you walk in. I can’t wait for install day where my client will get a new room to enjoy.
