23.01.2022 Primary school challenge-Bounce Ball(any hand catch for all levels) Level 1 bounce with right, flip on the back of the left hand and catch then bounce with left, flip on the right hand and catch Level 2 bounce with right hand and elbow up with left arm then catch. Bounce with left and elbow up with right... Level 3 bounce with right hand then knee up with left knee then catch. Bounce with left hand knee up with right knee Level 4 Bounce turn around and catch twice. Level 5 bounce hit off chest and catch Level 6 bounce hit off head and catch 1 point each level 3 attempts to finish only Send score and team and remember keep it honest (parents and carers confirm score)

22.01.2022 Primary School challenges with Jumping Beings We want to keep our primary school children busy with some sport challenges both new and old and we want to create a competition to keep it interesting. The challenges will be quick but not easy and we are making sure that honesty will be the winner when you send us your scores(confirmed by parents)as honest competition keeps it more interesting. Heres how it works:... -Each week we will send out one challenge out on our Facebook (Marky Mark & The Jumping Beings ) and You tube channel (PE with Marky Mark) or community pages. -Each challenge will have 6 levels . -Each level is worth 1 point. -Each person can attempt the challenge 3 times only for their best score. What happens after? -We will average all the scores for your team and get one score for your team -We will create a table which will lead to a finals series after 10 weeks . Whats next? -Find us to play on our pages. -Choose a team based on your strengths and tell us your team when you send us a score. -Take the challenge and send us your scores (Remember your parent or carer must confirm the score). NOW CHOOSE YOUR TEAM AND WAIT FOR THE FIRST CHALLENGE!! STRIKE BEANS -PURPLE RUNNING BEANS- RED WINGED BEANS-YELLOW SUPER BEANS-GREEN STRIKE BEAN Strengths- Enjoys cricket , tennis , hockey , table tennis , squash and any other striking sports. Watch out for whack attack!! RUNNING BEAN Strengths- Enjoys athletic sports such as running short and long- distance , bullrush , tag and any other kinds of running races. Super Speedy!! WINGED BEAN Strengths-Enjoys basketball , volleyball , netball and any other of the larger ball sports. Has the ability to jump higher than the rest!!! SUPER BEAN Strengths-Enjoys contact sports such as rugby , AFL , wrestling and any other contact sport. Can muscle their way out of anything!! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!

17.01.2022 PRIVATE 1-1 CLASSES & EQUIPMENT HIRE We are still open and able to run private 1-1 classes if your child needs to keep active. These classes are available to both preschool and primary school aged children. To organise a class please contact Brad in Sydney (0488130783) or Mark in Kiama (0413686527). We are offering an equipment hire service in Sydney to help ease the boredom at home and keep our kids active.We will charge $40 a week which will include either two sports and an... instructional video with ideas or our obstacle course. Both Zinky Pinky and Marky Mark will keep working on making a negative situation into a positive experience and will aim to keep your children active at home and in the garden. We will be creating exercise videos to help your children burn some energy whilst at home. We will be offering this service to our current clients and anybody who would like to sign on this term and into the holidays and term 2.
