18.01.2022 After 2-3 days of bolognaise, it is tradition to take the Bol to its second life.. #NACHOS sometimes with lettuce leaves, and sometimes with corn chips! Tonight featuring corn chips ! Heat the sauce back up on the stove and add Mexican spices (cumin, cinnamon, CHILLI ) Next, do the corn chips and cheese grilling, layer it up, sprinkle, squeeze and add the zings (lime + chilli + coriander every time) and boom! Dinner in 10minutes... X Ps ... with the Guac guys, it's avo, lime lime lime as much as you can, a solid bunch of chopped coriander, Tabasco sauce, salt! Needs to be zingy, slightly spiced and full of flavour !

10.01.2022 All right LADIES + GENTLEMEN ... Here is the launch of a FUN collaboration between my friend and personal trainer Michelle Calpis of Buns N Guns and me! Together we're running a 6 WEEK BODY BLITZ combining her skills and knowledge to make you sweat and get all sexy and muscley.. and my love and passion for eating DELICIOUS and healthy and EASY meals for breakfast lunch and dinner! When you join us (because I am DEFINITELY doing it), you will get 2 guides : a workout guide a...nd a meal guide which work together.. daily HIIT (high intensity interval training) routines, focusing on strength, fitness, weight loss, toning, and Potion By Mim's Meal Guide - Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner recipes and shopping lists that you just have to follow. 09.01.2022 This is how I maintain a healthy diet every week... I put the goodness into my fridge and pantry! Then it's just practising and knowing how to put what together for the flavour sensations... I love the mystery box challenge now of opening up a fridge and working out what to cook with what's in front of me... I have a QUESTION... And I'd love some feedback from all of you: What are your biggest challenges in consistently eating healthily throughout the week.. is it not knowin...g what to cook? Too busy? Time? I'd love to hear from you because I've got a few projects in the making and it's wanting to bring healthy delicious food onto your plates! And GO........
