24.01.2022 This is the beautiful new studio I've started teaching at in Smeaton Grange called Semprose fitness and pilates studio. I'm working on a new timetable which will include jumpboard, tabata, and traditional reformer classes and the instructors are amazing and full of energy. I'm mainly in the rehab side, dealing with everything from bulging disc, spinal fusion to pre/post natal. You can call me on 0405 941 635 or direct on 4624 8666. Besides from having me in stitches every friday, Russell has come from not being able to sit up on trapeze bed without immense back pain to being able to perform single leg lift, feet in straps and has improved his lung capacity with correct breathing. He sits up, lies down and chuckles through clams. Very proud of the work we've achieved. Just wish he had facebook hahaha.
