09.01.2022 Balcony water proofing was not installed during construction as balcony surface was tiled. Balcony repaired one year ago but still not sufficiently repaired and water still leaking in garage ceiling below and light fittings causing a series potential safety hazard. I began investigation by cutting an access panel in the garage below and found no water proofing put down beneath balcony floor tiles. The source of the leak was identified. I rewaterproofed all the perimeter and all pipe penetrations and then had my tiler lay new floor tiles and regret. This was a duplex and I needed to repair the other balcony and both garage ceilings also repainting them to complete the job.

07.01.2022 This is a job I completed recently for one of my private customers from North Balgowlah. The bench was originally burned with cooking utensils and suacepans. I had to remove all the old sealer and stains & added four coats of Cabbots Timber sealer. Now its looking good as new! 07.01.2022 The Body Corporate contacted me regarding this job and needed me to remove the ceiling, to give access & investigate where the water was leaking from which had destroyed the integrity of the roof. I needed to cut an access panel in the ceiling for my investigations to determine the source of the leak. I located the water leak from the above apartment and had to have to my Electrician Jason (https://www.facebook.com/wire4u/) make the power safe and electricals safe and reinstall the ventilation system. Once the new ceiling sheet was put up the new lights could also be installed.
