21.01.2022 REMINDER GET IN (5 mins prior to your game) PLAY (and have fun!!!) GET OUT (within 5 mins of the end of the game)... This gives our officials the time they need to clean and sanitize the court and surrounding areas before the next time slot can come in. We appreciate your support in providing a SAFE and fun environment for everyone.

21.01.2022 Our friends from Kiev Nation are running a BBQ outside our Eagle Stadium hub tomorrow. Check out their menu attached to this post. They will also have drinks available for purchase. Cash or card will be accepted!... They will be set up near the exit area under a red WNA marquee. Get around them! Support Small Local Businesses!!!

09.01.2022 A FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT OUR AGM IS TONIGHT! Registrations Close at 7:00pm Meeting Virtual Room will open at 7:00pm Meeting to begin 7:30pm Virtually via ZOOM Meeting, Link will be provided to Registered Attendees immediately after AGM Registrations Close... The business of the meeting will be: To receive an update on the activities of the Association for the year ending 30th June, 2020. To receive the financial report from the Treasurer for the year ending 30th June, 2020. To approve the Statement required to be submitted by the Association in accordance with S 30(3) of the Association’s Incorporation Act. Confirmation of arrangements for Autumn 2021 team registrations To discuss items of general business from the members of the Association To elect 5 members of the Board for a two-year period - All positions except President will be determined by the Board at the first meeting (these are: Vice President, Treasurer, Administration Secretary, Incorporation Secretary and 6 general members). Notification of Team Delegates/Life Members who will be attending the AGM must be submitted before the meeting via the AGM Registration Form: https://forms.gle/iaMUGktMu6NzrYWt6 registrations by Team Delegate/Life members will be accepted until 7pm . Nominations for Board members can also be made at time of registration on the same form or Board members will also be taken from the members in attendance on the day if insufficient nominations have been received to fulfill the 5 vacant positions prior to the meeting. Nominations for board members will be accepted until 7pm. Items of general business can be submitted before the meeting via the AGM Registration form https://forms.gle/iaMUGktMu6NzrYWt6 All teams must be represented at the Annual General Meeting by an authorised Team Delegate. A person cannot be a Team Delegate for more than two individual teams. Clubs with 1 5 teams require a minimum of 1 Delegate Clubs with 6-11 teams require a minimum of 2 Delegates Clubs with 12 or more teams require a minimum of 3 Delegates The above are minimum requirements only. Clubs can send one delegate for each team if they wish. Zoom meeting links will be sent out in the lead up to the meeting until 7pm TONIGHT

06.01.2022 UPDATE REGARDING WYNDHAM NETBALL'S COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS After Sunday's announcement of the easing of some of the restrictions in Victoria, we need to clarify what our protocols are for the remainder of Wyndham Netball Association's Fun Festival of Netball. ** Each player will still only be allowed to have one parent/guardian to accompany them into the venue.... ** Any additional parent/guardian will be required to view the match from beyond the fences. ** All coaches, team managers, umpires, parents must check in with the QR Code. Players are the only ones who aren't required to check in this way. ** Every adult must show that they have a mask before they are permitted to enter the venue. ** All accompanying parents/guardians are required to socially distance at the side of their court. If you are able to be socially distanced then masks don't have to be worn. If appropriate social distancing is not possible, masks must be worn. ** Any requests from our officials to socially distance or to correctly wear their mask must be followed!!! These protocols have been set up by WNA for the safety of our players, coaches, umpires and families. Thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.
