13.01.2022 HYDRATE // We all know that drinking water is one of the healthiest things we can do for our body, our skin and even our minds. However, for one reason or another this simple action is one that we rarely seem able to fulfil. Now is the time to challenge yourself to drink your full 2 litre quota of water each day. Fill a jug or water bottle so that you can easily keep an eye on how well you are doing.... One full day is at least 12 hours, so if we break it down that is about 1 cup every 1 hours. In Melbourne, Australia we are still in the strictest lockdown in the world. This is affecting people’s mental health in unprecedented ways. Our kids are finally returning to school, for the first time in months. This is causing teachers, students and parents to feel the pressures of uncertainty and anxiety.... In America an election is looming that seems like it could go either way. This is teamed with overwhelming rates of Covid infection and the highest mortality rate in the world. As outsiders looking in, our thoughts and prayers are with you and supporting you through the strain and stresses so many of you are feeling.
