15.01.2022 If you’ve ever wanted to know where it all began, here is the opening video of our first X5 gym 5 years ago. In 2015 we began with only 5, not so interested kids that were only interested because Mum said that if they did the class they could have an ice cream when they finish. For those who are still with us, they would have remembered this place as where it all started. We couldn’t be prouder of our students and how far they have come, being able to watch them grow up and... evolve not only as athletes but into fantastic role models for others. We now see so many passionate and talented kids that have astounded us with their incredible abilities. We thank you for your on-going support and look forward to the next generation of Freerunners/Parkour athletes.

05.01.2022 CONFIDENCE IS KEY Parkour is a sport that really depends on your confidence in yourself and your skills. Every time you train and practice your skills improve and confidence. Our parkour classes help even the shyest of kids and help them gain Strength, coordination and confidence not just in jumps and flips but in themselves. Term 4 registrations are available to all members this Sunday 13th of September at 6pm. General public available 20th of September.
