14.01.2022 MY GO TO STRETCHES FOR A SORE LOWER BACK.. How does your back feel right now? Do you spend hour after hour sitting down at an office desk, or do you stand all day long? ... Give these stretches a go! #1 for those with good healthy knees & hips (on the floor) #2 standing with a chair (I would recommend also using a bench or wall to help balance and support yourself) Hold each stretch for a minimum 30 seconds and wait to feel your muscles unwind and let go. 12.01.2022 MUSCLE RELEASE TIP - Triceps From the 25 push-ups a day for 25 days challenge in support and raising awareness for PTSD, anxiety & depression. I was nominated 2 days ago, and with an old shoulder injury I opted for tricep pushups to keep my shoulders in alignment through the movement which has meant I have very sore triceps today. ... So for my muscle tip, I’m going to show you how to help release them with a mini roller. I am also using a chair to elevate the body as this will help me control the amount of pressure I put on the muscle. Full video available in my Massage,Stretch & Exercise Therapy @ Home program.
