24.01.2022 YAADEIN VISION AUSTRALIA PHASE 1 - RELIEF FOR COVID-19 AFFECTED Yaadein Vision Australia (YVA) is standing right beside various individuals and families in Sydney that have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic. YVA members have already started providing relief packs to individuals and families not eligible for Economic Stimulus provided by Federal and NSW Governments.... YVA SEWA, as we call it, started in the 1st PHASE by providing food packs to individuals cuing at Bankstown Centrelink to obtain financial assistance to support themselves and their families. Apart from providing assistance to individuals cuing at Centrelink, YVA has also been contacted to provide support towards families gravely affected by this pandemic. YVA has already commenced helping families with Food Ration Relief Packs. 20.01.2022 Yaadein Vision celebrated its inaugural Mothers Day @ Glendenning Neighbourhood Centre on 1st May 2021. This was a house full event and the patrons enjoyed the magnificent Mothers songs and Bollywood style dancing sensation Desi Dancers. This was not a ticketed event and the dynamic atmosphere had every patron thoroughly entertained. The pumping music provided by non other than the dynamic DJ Shav had people dancing at every opportunity. The sumptuous mouth watering food was... provided by the very famous JNJ Company. Every mother were given a special shawl and to show our special gratitude towards mothers over 70 years of age, they were also given a larger shawl and a perfumery set. In the interior areas, due to the rugged terain or damaged roads, vans could only go upto certain areas and the rest were covered via 4WD or by foot. It was quite an emotional journey of giving by the relief team on ground as they distributed relief and at the same time heard experiences (some horrifying) of cyclone & flood affected families of how they saved their families at the time of devastation. Also sharing the support they are getting from neighbours, families and good samatarians in rebuilding their homes & lives! Even though the TC YASA affected families were rebuilding and some still very uncertain about their families future, they still had smiles when approached by relief team on ground.
