14.01.2022 Safe to say we had a awesome first meeting at Expressive Ground Tallebudgera, Huge thanks to Uncle Torry and Uncle Steve for facilitating the day with lots of cultural activities. Our next meeting will be this Friday the 13th at Expressive Grounds again,Were looking forward to Seeing you all there :)



13.01.2022 Jingeri Deadlies, This months meeting will be held this Friday the 26th at TAFE Queensland for a creative industries Day. Our youth will have the opportunity to access pathways for further Education and get hands on with the courses available. Looking forward to seeing you there :)

12.01.2022 Yallburru wants to reach out to all our mob during this womba (crazy) time and make sure you guys are staying connected and supported. So we will soon start sharing some yarn-up's here on Facebook and we are trying to reach out to all our young fulla's and their families via phone, social media and even smoke signals to see how you fullas are doing and see how we can support you all during this time.... reminder first half of school during term 2 will be at home for most and we know this isn't easy so please reach out if we haven't already contacted you..... stay tuned for our first online yarn which will include some of our deadly sista girls! 12.01.2022 Hi Mob, Hope everyone is doing great. Our last meeting was a great success working with Uncle Steve and Uncle Torri from Indigifusion Art, our Black an Deadlies got hands on doing some art on the Canoes and surfboards. The next meeting will be held at Expressive Grounds Tallebudgerra on the 25th of October, We look forward to seeing you there . Huge thanks to Joshua Tree from Headspace for putting the footage together.

09.01.2022 Jingeri Deadly People we will be Teaming up with Headspace Southport for our next Black and Deadly meeting at Albert Waterways. This event is a great platform for our youth to have their Say and be Herd, we look forward to this Gathering hope to see you there. :)

05.01.2022 This Months Black and Deadly was a huge success, We teamed up with Headspace Southport for the Annual Gold Coast Youth Wellbeing Conference. It was all about giving the young People's a voice within the community, just want to say thank you to those who have participated on the day. Stay Deadly

04.01.2022 Our next meeting will be held Next Friday the 31st of May at Nobbys Beach Surf Club Picnic Area. We look forward to a day of activities by the water, And of course we will supply good Tucka on the day. Hope to see you there :)

03.01.2022 What a great time we had at the creative industry day at TAFE Queensland shout out to Nick Woodend and Glen Barry for facilitating such an awesome day. Our deadlies left the day with a full cup and a clearer idea of what’s in stall for the future stay tuned more photos to come.
