24.01.2022 We have another full on weekend of Football kicking off tonight with our U13/14 Warriors vs Clinton at 7:15pm Junior games continue tomorrow at Palm Drive: U6 Vikings 8:15 Field 4C U7 Panthers 7:45 Field 4F... U8 Sharks 8:15 Field 2B U9 Titans 9:45 Field 1A U11 Bears 8:55 Field 8 U12 Dragons 8:30 Field 9 A reminder that players must bring their jersey and their own water bottle. We then finish with our Senior Men’s games Saturday afternoon with our Men’s 2nd Div vs United at United Park 1pm then our Men’s 1st Div Vs Clinton Green at Brian Niven Park at 5pm Good luck to all of our teams this weekend!

24.01.2022 Please see map of field distribution and spectator zones as per Stage 3 regulations. All members must enter using the carpark gate and sign in upon entry. Players must make their way to their training zone and enter / exit zones as indicated. Spectators must remain in allocated spectators zones and adhere to the 1.5m physical distancing regulations.

06.01.2022 Following this morning’s update from Queensland Government regarding new restrictions in the Greater Brisbane area (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim, Lockye...r Valley, Moreton Bay, Redlands), Queenslanders are reminded that community sports operating under a COVID Safe Plan may continue as long as measures outlined in this plan are enforced. As per the COVID Safe Plan for Field Sports and FQ’s Return to Play Guidelines, all Queensland clubs and members of the football community must adhere to social distancing guidelines and attendance tracking measures. All people in attendance at any football activities MUST sign in and out at the venue, maintain social distancing at all times and not attend any football activity if suffering from cold or flu symptoms. 04.01.2022 Please see information from Football Queensland regarding Palm Drive Covid Reminders and Instructions: Teams are to enter playing area no earlier than 15 minutes before their games (if space is available on a spare field they may use this to warm up but spectators must be mindful of the numbers in a space and social distancing requirements) All participants are to enter/exit fields as per attached map. Managers from teams (or nominated official/parent) must meet players.../spectators/coaches from their team on entry to each field (zone). The manager must check all entrants sign-in and out (either using the EVA app or sign on register). All participants/spectators are to use hand sanitiser on entry and exit. All participants and spectators are to follow the direction of movement around each field. For participants heading to multiple fields please go in and out of each zones entry/exit points - do not duck under bunting. Toilet Facilities will be open but the canteen will remain closed. Social distancing must apply off the field but on field play now includes team benches Team benches are to be wiped down after use with wipes provided on the benches Teams are not to shake hands or hold a huddle at the end of the game - I recommend three cheers. All coaches/managers must be wearing their official tags/lanyards. All teams are to use their game balls for games. If players/spectators present ill they must be denied entry - if they become ill during the game they must leave immediately or be moved to the isolation area And reported immediately to the Covid Co-ordinations onsite. Morning games will be posted at 7am while evening games will be posted at 10am.
