09.01.2022 The Aero Club of Broken Hill is accepting further applications from INTERESTED persons who are EAGER to learn to fly. A SCHOLARSHIP provided by the Radford Family of Broken Hill to the value of $3,000 is available to the successful student pilot, which would assist them to COMPLETE a Recreational Pilot’s Licence with TRAINING provided by the A.C. of B.H. There would also be a financial commitment by the student to match contributions of the scholarship until such time as the ...certificate has been completed. We are looking for interested/passionate would be flyers who are young OR young at heart to apply, whether that be for personal enjoyment OR to embark upon a career in aviation. The successful applicant would need to JOIN The Aero Club of Broken Hill as a Pilot Member for aircraft training & insurance purposes. Application Forms can be obtained from TELSTRA shop, Broken Hill, the Aero Club clubrooms at the airport OR Consolidated Aviation (Mike Grogan)also at Broken Hill airport.
