25.01.2022 What to do with a hive that you have to rescue in a hurry? Put it next to pool and hope kids don’t decide to go for a swim

24.01.2022 A crazy hail storm came through the farm Friday night and unfortunately brought down any flowers that were out. You will need to be a little more patient for new honey as bees were shocked and will need some time to recover! As well as waiting for new flowers to bloom

21.01.2022 Hello from Yengo Down! Bees and butterflies like the beautiful Australian natives just as much as we do! We still have summer honey which is now crystallised due to the colder weather. It makes it easier to spread and if you prefer it runny, just put it in a bowl of warm water

18.01.2022 Freshly cut honeycomb now for sale! So good with cheese and crackers or in the morning with toast $12 for 400g in simple plastic container or $15 for 400g in more sturdy reusable container

14.01.2022 Take 10 minutes and watch this. We have planted hundreds of Australian native Jellybush and also have many naturally growing. They will be blooming in spring and our honey will contain active ingredients similar or superior to the NZ Manuka :)

11.01.2022 We just harvested one of the last summer honeys! Plenty of stock now, $12 for $500 g jars. Love how you can see the bees wings flap in slow motion

09.01.2022 Plenty of Christmas honey coming out of hives!

07.01.2022 An impression of how we extract honey and the clean, pesticide free land your honey comes from. We have plenty of stock, 500g jars are now $12. Honeycomb is $ 10 a square.

06.01.2022 50 frames of honey just came out of the hives! Bees have been busy feasting on wildflowers and native bush flowers. Plenty of honey will be for sale from Wednesday.

03.01.2022 It was New Zealand science that first recognised its antibacterial properties and the New Zealand honey industry that invested in research and development for the product. They became increasingly litigious to keep the Australian barbarians from the gate.

01.01.2022 I fully agree!! Our last summer honey is all sold now, but spring is just around the corner and many acacias are flowering. We’ll let you know when we have honey back in stock! https://www.theguardian.com//simply-ill-honey-much-better-
