S.M.A.R.T Goals are one of the most practical ways to make sure you have a clear direction on what you're looking to achieve. Forget setting something wishy-washy, like: "I want to grow my business" or "I want to lose weight this year"... Instead, look at how you can make your goal Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Rewarding, & Timed. For example, "I will acquire 3 new clients for my business within two months, by asking for referrals, launching a digital marketing campaign, and networking with other local businesses. This will allow me to grow my business an increase my revenue."

On Monday (October 12), all residents who have signed up for the service will receive a test text (SMS) message and email. This is a test only and residents do not need to do anything. Cairns Alert is an opt-in service to receive critical emergency information by text message and email.
