21.01.2022 When you go to your clients house for their second session and you see this posted on their window next to the door. Could not be happier. Guess what we are working on ?

21.01.2022 I’m betting this owner wishes they had put more time in working on their dogs recall Fenton’s at it again

21.01.2022 Oscars owner contacted me not long after he had rescued him. He pulled like a freight train and had some dog reactivity. His owner had taken on board all the training advice and was consistent with his training. ... Love when they send you updates. This is how walking your dog should look like. Here two mates are just hanging out, going for a relaxed walk after work. Fantastic results boys

20.01.2022 Hope you are all doing well in ISO. I’m thinking of you all. Pls reach out if you have any questions I can help you with. ... Take this time to train, build your dogs confidence and independence. Try to get your dogs out doing obedience while on your walks. Use structured play time to build a stronger bond. Set rules and boundaries and be consistent. One thing I’m doing at the moment is not allowing the dogs to sleep in my bed anymore. I’m being consistent and patient (last night I eventually had a decent night sleep) Is there something you are working on or would like to work on to use this time effectively during lockdown?

19.01.2022 To end then week with a bit of fun

19.01.2022 Consultation done for this cutie. At 9 years old, it’s never to late to teach a old dog new tricks. Looking forward to the process on the way to achieving an amazing outcome for both dog and owner.

18.01.2022 Can you spot the dog? Does your pooch have some funny sleeping places or a favorite sleeping pose? I’d love to see them

15.01.2022 It’s our responsibility as dog owners fulfill their biological and breed specific needs to keep them stable, fulfilled and happy. We as human Anthropomorphize (giving human characteristics to animals) and as a consequence our dogs can often miss out on what they actually need. Look how happy this dog is when it’s owner recognizes it’s breed specific need. It’s just so happy.... What breed do you have and how can you fulfill its biological and breed specific need?

14.01.2022 Love when you get updates from dedicated owners practicing their obedience skills and creating a stronger bond with their dog. Great job boys You can definitely see your progress.

04.01.2022 Don’t feel like cleaning today ?

04.01.2022 Attention..... Sid’s inspirational Story. Never under estimate a dog’s strength, courage and determination when supported by owners who have the same qualities and devotion. Back in October 2019 I was contacted by a client who had just recently adopted Sid who was seven years old. They had only had him less than a week and wanted a bit of help settling him in to his new home, work on building his confidence and a few small issues that they just wanted to get on top of.... Unfortunately in May Sid and his owner were involved in a horrific car accident. The car flipped down an incline. Frank was seriously injured and poor Sid had to under go two lots of surgery that day. His spinal cord was dislocated, he had a grade 5 spinal injury, which was very severe. The prognosis was that Sid wouldn’t walk again, probably be on a lifelong catheter, unable to urinate independently and on medications. With the dedication and devotion of both is owners especially Margaret as Frank had his own rehabilitation, Sid has aced every challenge he has had. He still has ongoing rehabilitation but look at him now. He is walking. I got this update today while I was shopping, and I just burst into tears. I’m just so proud of Sid, Frank and Margaret for never giving up on a dog who’s determination to walk again has allowed him to overcome pain and discomfort to achieve what they said was probably impossible.

01.01.2022 Unfortunately with the new stage 4 restrictions, I will be closing down my services for the next 6 week. While this is not the news we wanted, I’m happy to be part of the solution and not actively participate in adding to the risk of spreading the virus. This will come into effect at the end of today. ... For those clients with sessions booked in tomorrow and beyond, they will be cancelled. For those paid in advance, if you would like a refund pls contact me or we can just pickup where we left off once we can resume. I’m looking at possibly doing video sessions and also possibly short Q & A sessions if you need some advice and guidance or stuck on a particular habit or behavior your dog is displaying or if you have or getting a new puppy and want some advice on setting your puppy up for success. Keep an eye out for this information to be posted when I work out all the details. Pls everyone keep safe, do your part as we are all in this together. Thank you all your support and let’s support each other through this very strange time.
