23.01.2022 Don't underestimate the Chicken.....you can do so much with it! Today my gorgeous three year old and I picked three Yiah flavours to crumb our chicken strips the flavours were awesome together We just added them to the bread crumbs a teaspoon of Aussie works burger and Asian stir-fry. Then some urban salt wraps for lunch x

20.01.2022 Cob loaf This is super easy and a hit with all ages, use your imagination add any extra that's in your fridge!!! have fun!!! -1 fresh Cob loaf -250gms sour cream... -250gms cream cheese -1 cup of tasty cheese -Half a small red onion -Finely cut shaved ham -2 good Tablespoons dip mix Any Yiah dip mix !!! In the photo I have used Tomato and herb dip mix Have the oven warmed up. Hollow out cob loaf, place on oven tray, in a bowl mix all ingredients throughly place inside cob loaf Heat through in oven until filling warm stir it while in oven, place the left over bread from the cob loaf ( rip it up into dipping size pieces) on tray until lightly crisp Then plate up and enjoy
