25.01.2022 Dear Beautiful Beings, what did you had for your breakfast today? We are sharing simple, quick and delicious meal with you today.... Oat meal porridge: After night soak oats (you can also skip this) in the morning cooked in a little bit of water (or milk) with smashed banana, 2 dates, cinnamon and pinch of salt. Some chose to stay for our yummy chai/herbal tea and extended Relaxation, Pranayam & Meditation practice.We were so focussed in the present moment, that we did not take any photos. (no photos - too much in the zone to even think of it) The food was delicious and we are planning another workshop for November 29. Avocado toast The fat in avocado will no doubt satiate you for a long time. Choose a whole-grain toast and heat it in a toaster or pan. While is still warm, coat with the ripe mashed avocado, a pinch of salt, some lemon juice and some hemp seeds on top. Of desired you can add some sprouts and some slices of radish. Enjoy. 15.01.2022 Do you like millet porridge? We love it for breakfast. How to prepare it?... For a fluffy, light millet, you want to use 1 part dried millet to 2 parts water. Before adding water to the millet, toast it over medium heat for a few minutes until fragrant. Once the millet has been toasted, add the water and a healthy pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat and cover the pot. The millet will need to bubble away for 15 to 17 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed. After 15 minutes if cooking, add shredded apple, some rosines and cinnamon. Add some chia seeds or lin seeds on top. Enjoy in this delicious meal. 11.01.2022 Dearest beautiful Beings, we are sharing a recipe for healthy raw bliss balls with you today. Ingredients... 1 cup pitted soft prunes 1 cup raw almonds cup raw cacao powder teaspoon of ground cinnamon cup unhulled sesame seeds Method In a food processor, process almonds until desired texture (finely chopped or coarser for a crunchier textured ball). Then add prunes, cacao and cinnamon and process until ingredients are combined. Use a teaspoonful of mixture and make into little balls. Put sesame seeds in a small bowl and roll balls in sesame seeds to coat. Store in fridge to access as desired! Enjoy. Hari Om, Yoga In Daily Life

04.01.2022 Good morning Beautiful Beings, How do you like to start your day? We love to eat something nutritious and alive after our yoga practice/sadhana.... We are sharing recipe and idea for preparing yumi avocado and banana smoothie. Ingredients avocado, pitted and peeled ripe banana, peeled 1/2 cups plant based milk or water 2 pitted dates Pinch of salt and cinnamon 1 ts of cacao powder (optional) And we also like to put some Granola on top.
