25.01.2022 Apprentice in training I surprised Erin this morning with getting her up on stage to do my Tabata class beside me, helping to settle her nerves as she prepares to take on Tuesday TBT in Bundy at 9.15am & Tuesday TBT in Bargara at 5.30pm next week. 11.01.2022 No Towel, No entry In the 1st photo is what an appropriate towel looks like, it needs to be a FULL SIZED towel not anything smaller. You are also required to use this towel on all equipment that you are using, its no good if its on the floor beside the machine that you are using. 08.01.2022 Ray our "can do anything" maintenance man along with his handymen helpers Arty & Wayne put my "extra space required" plan into action today Putting the swissballs up on the wall has created 3 extra spots on the back wall for classes. So instead of a 20 maximum we can now have 23, its not alot but still better than nothing Members just need to stand underneath & pop the ball out. Thank you so much guys for your handwork today
