25.01.2022 I have had two cancellations for my workshop on Saturday if anyone would like to come and join us. Kosha meditation at 11 Sheperd Circuit Kirwan 25/02/17 at 2 pm.

15.01.2022 Miranda specialises in helping students with life limiting conditions ,MS, dementia, stress, Parkinson's disease. She trained in yoga therapy in the UK under the guidance of Margaret Szawejko who works with the Bhole approach. Miranda is also a trained meditation teacher. Since emigrating to Australia Miranda has worked with Maria Allen in her Arc studio providing meditation classes and gentle yoga practice.

03.01.2022 Lovely feed back from the Kosha Meditation workshop on Saturday. Thanks to all of you who attended. If you where unable to attend last Saturday and want to experience a meditation workshop there will be another workshop on Saturday 25th March 2 until 4 pm at a cost of $20. Come and join us with a meditation to open up your heart. Early morning meditation each Thursday 6 until 7 am starting on Thursday 2nd March. Evening meditation alternate Thursday 8 until 9.starting Thursda...y 2nd March Both sessions $15 Please book in advance as there are only limited places.
