17.01.2022 Introducing BARRE Meet Maggie she will be teaching Yogabox Barre Thursday Nights at 4.45pm... Barre is a mixture of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet. It is a fun and energetic class that will toned and defiant your whole body, improve your core stability and balance. It is a perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardiovascular intervals. It is designed for everyone. Step outside your comfort zone & into Yogabox. 12.01.2022 Introducing the lovely Porscha to Yogabox Join Porscha for a 1 hour Gentle Vinyasa Wednesdays at 6.30pm. This class aims to bring balance to the body and mind through sequenced movement and breathe. Vinyasa class breaks down & explores traditional poses while encouraging deep relaxation. This class is great for all levels come in and try a class with Porscha.
