05.01.2022 2 days post 5 day fast (3 days juice and 2 days water only) I feel like my body has reset itself. Changes I have noted. 1. Not desiring coffee. 2. Wanting to drink much more water. 3. Craving vegetables and fruit. ... 4. Not wanting starchy carbs nor meat.
