But if you stick with it, you'll notice a gradual loosening, and eventually, seemingly impossible poses will become possible.... You'll also probably notice that aches and pains start to disappear after a short time. These are just a few benefits of a regular Yoga practice.

08.01.2022 Meditation Myths Month of Meditation BUSTING 4 VERY COMMON MYTHS! Myth 1: Meditation is to clear your mind. Not true - Meditation is about watching your thoughts and bringing awareness to them.... Myth 2: Meditation isn’t working if your mind wanders. In reality, any bit of meditation is helping us improve concentration. Myth 3: Meditation is hard. Remember anything can be challenging when we first begin learning something new. Stick with it and you will find yourself able to go for longer. Myth 4: You must be sitting to meditate. False! You can meditate while moving.If sitting is difficult, try a walking or hiking meditation or a meditation where you observe your environment around you. We encourage you to stay with your 10 minutes per day and keep going!

05.01.2022 Spring into September with a Month of Meditation We are challenging our Yogi's (and you) to try just a quick 10 minute per day meditation for the entire month of September. How to easily meditate at home:... 1. Find a quiet place & minimise distractions (turn your phone on silent). 2. Sit up straight on a comfortable surface (even a chair works). 3. Close your eyes down and avoid opening them. 4. Focus your gaze on the point between your eyebrows. 5. Concentrate on your breathing. 6. Observe your thoughts - let thoughts come in and leave you like a wave washing over you. 7. RELAX - have fun and try just 10 minutes a day. Namaste, Yoga Flex Studio.
