25.01.2022 ***** Cancelled due to tightening of restrictions. Please find the entry form in comments below!! Limited spaces.. a great outing for any level combination ~ hosted by Benalla Pony Club.

25.01.2022 It’s always exciting to have produced a horse to the point of learning to jump. Especially when they are bred for the job. Barney was broken in at 3yo by Bruce Ross and schooled flat/poles and general hacking out for the first 3 months of his ridden life by myself. He then had a good 12 months off to grow and here he is again, 3 weeks back in work with Sophia Landy. ... Barney has one line of Souvenir, by Koyuna Quarterback. His mother, a TB. He’ll be 5yo at Christmas.. hoping he can head out for his first few comps next year.

24.01.2022 Our yoga studios, Benalla, Wangaratta & Mansfield have reopened again today!!! This year the studios have been shut longer than they’ve been open! Amazing... and so frustrating! It’s time to get back into it !! ... If you’re after an outside alternative to improve your riding, your body awareness, balance, mental disposition, strength and beyond ~ I would recommend yoga!! For further information on the studios, pricing and timetables. Benalla & Wangaratta www.mindbodyspacebenalla.com Mansfield www.mansfieldyoga.com.au

24.01.2022 Gorgeous little Juliette has been in for some handling and she was just perfect. A filly I bred from my EA 105 mare in 2017. Now 2yo, her Dam was Susie. Juliette has Mccartney / Flooding lines. ... A very chilled nature, if anyone is looking for a performance horse to produce in the future she’ll be looking for only the very best of homes to start her career.

24.01.2022 FOR SALE We are moving to a smaller property and no longer ride. Wanting to find Ali (Punch your Weight) a new home. Love this TB, he is 16.1hh but feels lik...e 15.2, lovely forward willing nature. Not a beginners horse being he is a TB and not currently in work. (Easy to bring back into work) Has been to PC and a few events. No vices, works better with shoes, is the bottom of the pecking order (always! is just his nature) loves attention and company. Contact me via pm for more information. See more

Yoga is amazing for anyone and I absolutely recommend giving it a go. Not just the physical balance, strengthening and stretching but to soothe the nerves, learn to BREATH and master your mind!!

20.01.2022 Happening in the Mansfield Studio 15th November with Kara Wheatley!!

18.01.2022 Improve Hip /Core Stability & Awareness!! INSIDE ACTIVITY Hope everyone is finding some pluses from being home in ISO. ... For those still wanting to improve their riding. Here is an exercise to bring awareness to the glutes & core for stability while riding. Stability and balance are essential for efficient and clear application of aids when riding. Try the below exercise, keeping an emphasis on steadiness and breath. 1. Minimise the arch in your lower back, keeping the spine long. 2. Steadiness of breath. Inhale to lengthen and reach away. Exhale to draw back to the centre. 10 smooth round of breath and movement. 5 - 10 pulses and keep hips lifted to complete both sides. Let me know how you go :)

18.01.2022 Tux and Rebel Morrow - winners of the Canberra 1* last weekend. Owned by Olivia McDermott. & pictured below in his earlier days with me (2017)

Yoga for health, wellbeing, sanity ...~ never more important than now #yoga #regionalvictoria #foreverybody #benalla #wangaratta @mansfield_yoga #mansfield

09.01.2022 Enjoying the progress of this one lately. Lexie Girl.

07.01.2022 Thought I’d bring some light to three amazing OTT thoroughbreds I’ve worked with in the last few years and what they’re doing now It’s so rewarding and lovely to see their results posted on FB ~ something I’m missing during these covid times while Victorians sit tight awaiting some easing of restrictions. However, Shylie Summerton and Lilly are SA based and managed a successful run recently at EA 95. Does anyone remember this little jumping mare?... She has some serious springs! Jasmine Weeks & Jewel, even though in lockdown managed to be place 4th in the OTT Sport Horse awards for the year! A sensitive little mare, shes become the best all round performer. Keen to see these two back out competing soon. The last OTT I had the pleasure of working with was Oscar. A big kind horse that just showed the best temperament. A greener horse when it comes to jumping and comps. Oscar now teams up with Maggie Chant! A young combination that I’m sure will have so much fun together as they progress and carve their way up the grades. Busily training and enjoying their time together, another pair to watch when restrictions ease. Keep up the good work guys!! I love watching

03.01.2022 Yoga for the Modern Day Equestrian! Keen to hear what Molly might have to share after she gets into the groove of a few classes.

02.01.2022 I’ve always loved yoga for the ability to recognise habitual patterns of the body, increase balance & coordination. The stretching of tight muscles and strengthening of the weaker areas of the body bringing about balance on so many levels. Strong yet supple!... Then, get on your horse and take these learning with you! A consistent yoga practice is amazing for riders!!! Only with consistency will you notice the changes physically and mentally. Great article!
