12.01.2022 Hi guys, Michelle from Yogaonetoone, this video is a tribute to my mum who was a bit of a yogi, she always used to lay on the couch at the end of the day and put her legs in the air, this pose, legs up the wall pose, helps with circulation, tired swollen legs and lowers your pulse rate as you breath and become connected with your inner self, this is a great pose to practice before bed. I also touch on 4 7 8 breathing, relaxing breath, I discovered this when I was having trouble sleeping, this breathing technique has been proven to relax you quickly and after a few rounds send you to sleep, it works, have a go, night night sleep tight, Namaste Michelle x
