It also perfectly aligns with Yoga and the journey of PregnancyEspecially when Qigong and Yoga is guided by an amazing teacher and friend. Cindy truly connects us collectively and individually with body and mind awareness, into a soulful centering space. Besides being able to release stress, anxiety, tension and pain, Qigong Yoga has been supporting my baby girl and I feel deeply nurtured, creative and balanced as we capture, expand and exchange our Qi and Shakti (feminine) divine energy in our vital functions.
23.01.2022 Welcome December! We did it In 5 months of my second pregnancy, my baby and I completed a new 200h Yoga Teacher Training. I never feel so present, inspired and creative as when I am pregnant! Gabi was my partner in our Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, and now his little sister is our partner in this radiant journey! That’s why I say, I wish I could live pregnant forever I feel beauty in and out, capable of creating and transforming life in unique ways! I feel growth within and through me. The abundance of love in each cell of my body in pregnancy, drives me in ways I could never imagine before. Together we are stronger and meet a higher purpose. My babies and I are a wonderful team! Very grateful for each journey we share, and this is just another beginning
