19.01.2022 Many yoga asanas are not comfortable when we first do them! But that’s the whole purpose, (the underlying secret of yoga) is to learn to do something that is challenging or uncomfortable in a CALM manner. Yoga teaches you to be present, work systematically and not spaz out in the face of discomfort and fear! True understanding between the body and mind requires not only the humility of brain, but also deep awareness in body. When the brain receives the knowledge from the bo...dy, it will be able to increase the intelligence of body later. A perfect recipe to master any asana! This process of interweaving is mastered in our Level 2 Advance yoga training. Looking forward to see you all. Life is a journey don’t stop keep exploring..... 14.01.2022 The magic of chanting ancient Vedic mantras in Sanskrit Sanskrit is an ancient, pure and sacred poetic language. It is called the deva lingua the language of the universe/ Brahman and the mother of tongues. In Vedic understanding, all of creation is comprised of vibration, and Sanskrit, as a vibrational language, directs the mind through the spiritual heart to the source of all vibration. Your chakras (energy centres of the body) are intimately connected to the vibr...ational patterns or sound code of the universe. Chanting is the most sought-after psychosomatic route to physical and intellectual wellness! Regular chanting of mantras is believed to wipe out fear, anger and depression, and help relieve disorders of the respiratory, digestive, reproductive, circulatory, speech, intellectual and cognitive systems Vedic chanting is said to help develop one's mental powers and strength, ease stress, and take one to a higher level of consciousness When the vibrations of a mantra syncs with your prana, you dwell in to the nectar of peace #yogaschoolofindia #yoga #yogapractice #yogainspiration #ashtangayoga #hathayoga #yogaforlife #yogaeverydamnday #blessings #vibrationalhealing #mantrachanting #mantra #yogamelbourne #yogalife #yogatransformation #meditation #peaceofmind #peaceful #yogaforall #yogaformums #yogabliss

09.01.2022 Hari Om, wishing you all a very happy international Yoga day Let’s celebrate the pure essence of yoga today. On 11 December 2014, India introduced the draft resolution in the United Nations General Assembly. The draft text received broad support from 177 Member States who sponsored the text, which was adopted without a vote. This initiative found support from many global leaders. A total of 177 nations co-sponsored the resolution, which is the highest number of co-sponsors ...ever for any UNGA resolution of such nature. When proposing 21 June as the date. The date was the longest day of the year in the mass northern hemisphere (shortest in the southern hemisphere), having special significance in many parts of the world. From the perspective of yoga, the summer solstice marks the transition to Dakshinayana. The second full moon after summer solstice is known as Guru Poornima . Shiva, the first yogi (Adi Yogi), is said to have begun imparting the knowledge of yoga to the rest of mankind on this day, and became the first guru (Adi Guru) What is Dakshinayana? This is the time when the Sun begins to trace a southward movement in the Earth’s sky in the northern hemisphere of the planet. Dakshinayana is significant in the life of anyone who is doing any kind of yoga. In this phase, your relationship with the planet is very different than what it is in the northern run. It was during this time of the year that Shiva (Adi yogi) turned south and became a Dakshinamurti he began to transmit the fundamentals of the yogic science to his first seven disciples, who are now celebrated as the Saptarishis.(7 Sages) It was not on a whim that he decided to turn south. He turned south because the sun turned south. The southern run of the sun became significant because this was the first phase of the teaching. This became the sadhana pada (Practice Lessons) where he taught the Saptarishis what they should do. Namaste Samir & Shilpa #staysafe #stayhome #stayhealthy #internationalyogaday
