24.01.2022 Are you able to find a rainbow, a slice of joy, in your day - or are you being weighed down by the grey (of which there’s plenty at the moment!!) Love and positive thoughts to those in tightened restrictions. There are some excellent resources on abc.net.au mental health for anyone wishing to explore those, as well as the usual avenues (Lifeline, Beyondblue, etc).... Yoga Spot also has free online classes at www.yogaspot.com.au If you don’t have time for a full class perhaps for the sake of your mental health, fast forward to the pranayama (breathing) and relaxation section and bring some peace to your day by performing these practices. Be kind, stay calm, control what you can.

17.01.2022 Take some time (& some of us have a lot of that right now, & others may actually be overwhelmed with working from home, home schooling or whatever it may be), to actually sit quietly for 5 minutes, perhaps with your eyes closed, and actually consider what REALLY makes you happy. What has made you feel happiness in the last day, the last week, the last month, the last 5 years. Consider what really brings happiness to your life.... and find a way to make room for more of that, particularly at this time in your life, this time in history!
