23.01.2022 End of an Era for the Yoga Tree Studio upstairs in the Milard Centre. Sharee's PIlates classes have moved to and exciting new studio. BALANCE PHYSIO & PILATES STUDIO 86 main St Young. My Times are TUESDAY MORNING 9am & THURSDAY MORNING- 7am EARLY MORNING ENERGIZING PILATES. Spaces will be limited now, so best to book ahead from week to week. Contact me on 0427200981 or [email protected] to book or if you have any questions. Looking forward to a new beginning is a light, airy space on ground level. My class start next week on the 1st October. Come and try a class in the school holidays

22.01.2022 Hello dear friends, I am a part of a business called Pa2health www.pa2health.com and we have many funded programs for regional Australians in bushfire affected areas of SENSW and the Murrumbidgee Regions still available. This is 4 week program for physical and mental health and it starts Monday 8th June.Please share the link if you know of anyone who would benefit from a little extra self care.

15.01.2022 JOIN US FOR THE FINAL DAYS OF THE YOGA TREE! An end of an era! The Yoga Tree will be closing it's doors at the end of this term (end of September). All our teachers are still so committed to wellness but working in different venues and the Yoga Tree has been quiet! Sharee, Trish, Danette, Narelle are all still teaching but will move to other venues. Jane and Liz are still part of our wonderful cohort of teachers but not teaching classes right now. Beautiful Elise Brough...ton has opened her new business Balance Physiotherapy and Pilates and has kindly invited us to join her there. OUR FINAL WORKSHOP IS 8 SEPTEMBER- THE DRU AYURVEDA WORKSHOP which will be AMAZING so I hope you've booked! We will also do a last closing ritual for the Yoga Tree and to honour Penny. 08.01.2022 Hi to all the Yoga Tree students This coming week is the last week for PILATES and YOGA at the Milard centre, BUT the good news is that we have a new place just around the corner at BALANCE PHYSIO. It is a smaller area, so wised to book ahead, but is light warm and cool when you need and no stairs. We hope to see you all there and any new people that would like to start. 03.01.2022 Post by Narelle What a beautiful afternoon we enjoyed at the studio yesterday at the Dru Ayurveda workshop. The studio looked stunning with wattle, blossoms, smiling faces & Ayurvedic treats, fantastic guest teachers, our special tribute to Penny Gibson and big thanks to Danette and all involved in the Yoga Tree Studio space over the years. We will put more information up over the coming month about where you will be able to find our classes and workshops in the future. In ...the mean time the classes are all running as normal until the end of term. It is so exciting to have two head Dru yoga teachers, Janet Scharbow and Mouli MacKenzie, visiting to share their insight in self care, health and happiness. ...
