25.01.2022 Meet a lovely bloke - when I asked him his name he said ‘I’ve got a nice name it’s John O’Grady’. We shook hands and I remarked that his hands were very soft and he had a beautiful face - in return he told me that I had one kidney smaller than the other and should get it checked. Geoff joined us and before he even shook his hand he told him to have his wisdom teeth out. He is a bush doctor. He was sitting there listening to Country and Western on a duke box that had a video screen above it - his smile is contagious don’t you think? He told me he used to do white fellas’ work - fencing and the like. It was one of those chance encounters that stays with you forever @ Meekatharra, Western Australia
