20.01.2022 Come down to the Sundance Studio today at 1pm for a restorative yin yoga class. A slow paced, deep hold, recovery class for students who may be recovering from injury or who prefer a more gentle flow. $15 casual. Every WEDNESDAY at 1pm!

16.01.2022 Who can relate? 1. The delusion of limitations of space. This leads you to the mistake that, I am here and not everywhere. 2. The delusion of time. This gives you the impression that I was born, grew old, and will die; there is a future and a past. ... 3. The delusion of the limitations of attachment. This creates the thinking that I need this to be complete in some way. 4. The delusion of limitations of knowledge. This leads you to believe that, I know this but I don’t know that. 5. The delusion of the limitation of creativity. This tells you, I can do this but not that. 6. The delusion of fear. The delusion that there is something to be afraid of is perhaps the most insidious of all. All negative emotionsanger, hatred, judgments, aggression, and racial intoleranceultimately stem from fear. The delusion of fear is the tool used by despotic leaders to gather the deluded behind them. FEAR ONLY EXISTS WHEN LOVE IS ABSENT.

16.01.2022 I once watched this TED talk by Amy Cuddy called "your body language may shape who you are" ... I vividly remember her message and it has stuck with me ever since ... " don't fake it til you make it, FAKE IT TIL YOU BECOME IT" and oh my YES how much power does this statement have. power of affirmation. power of manifesting. power of strengthening that intuition, that inner guidance until you BECOME it! ... It's hard to feel angry when you're smiling. Try it today - SMILE, SMILE even when you're feeling down, SMILE even when you're feeling overwhelmed, SMILE!
