13.01.2022 What a crazy f-ed up year it's been. Are you ready to rise together and start co-creating something new with us? Ah YASS! It Feels like the proverbial Phoenix... is rising after these challenging few months. I know personally I have been through a lot of ups and downs, death and rebirth, despair and hope... I suppose that is life in general isn't it? As I always say in the workshops we need to embrace discomfort and pain to illuminate the opportunity for growth. Or I suppose we can push it away and live our lives in fear and resistance. It seems on a world scale we have all been confronted in some way with this concept. I would love to hear what wisdom and growth has come out of this last few months for yourself? I know for me it's been a whole new recapitulation of the business and a creation of an online platform of group coaching and membership that has brought a solid community of souls together to take this work even deeper and support one and other through all that life has to offer. Something I have visioned for years. Now thanks to Guy Lawrence and Petra Brzovic we have been able to pull it off as a collective effort through Live In Flow. Such a blessing and we are poised for a powerful year ahead. We are inching our way out of the online office and beginning to offer events across Australia and ultimately worldwide once again. To keep you in the loop as these events will be starting small and gradually building there are limited spots and as you may have noticed with 6 months off and a lot of shit coming up for people the demand is quite high. So we look forward to supporting you all and creating powerful forums of community and connection as we move forward. I mean let's be honest, we've got a new world to create. A new way of being kind, loving humans in harmony with all life on this planet is right before us. Will we move forward or sink back to the 'reality' that got us in this mess? It's up to us and future generations I suppose. And I'm not talking about Auming to the full moon, we have developed tools and processes to access a greater consciousness, build more resilience, stronger connection and move powerfully forward with inspired action. I for one know that this work we offer is a way to practice building something beautiful together, we've seen it many times over the last few months with the online communities and the courageous souls that have come together. If we can create it virtually we sure as sh!t can create it physically! We've got work to do. It's time to rise in love, connection, and kindness! 03.01.2022 Tis the season to remember those less fortunate. Next Monday we will be donating the class money to Karinya House in Canberra. A place of refuge for mothers of babies & small children founded by an incredible local Boorowa woman. I hope to see you on the mat by the Yass River. ... #karinyahouse
