04.01.2022 When I share with my friends the fact that I get up 5:30am every morning to do my yoga routine,a Wowis always the predicted reaction,followed by a question begins withhow... Well...I did have my alarm turned on,but the calling of nature is the real sound that woke me up. The moment when I open my eyes,my heart is already filled with love as I am approaching the most beautiful moment of the day,I feel I am on the way for my first date with my first love when go down to the... river. I open my mat,sit on my lotus while shut my eyes,and I am ready for a 15 minutes inner-world exploration. Sometimes you need to close your eyes in order to see.And here I am...
