24.01.2022 YOU ARE...Addicted to the feeling of love and joy! While this isn't a chapter in the book YOU ARE... to be released 2021, here's a short example of what you may read, minus the gorgeous illustrations that may help you to resonate with the topic, which helps your brain to understand and link thought patterns ... Love and joy are contagious. When you cuddle a baby and they look at you through their pure eyes, they giggle and squirm, you feel their love and joy. Their pure elation is rubbing off on you and it's such a perfect example of being addicted to the feeling of love and joy. The flipside; if you don't recognise this feeling WHAT happened to you that denied you the experience of love and joy? HOW can you change this so you are open to connecting to love and joy? WHO took your love and joy away? WHAT you might like to try is imagining WHAT it would be like to be immersed in the feeling of love and joy. WHO do you know that exudes love and joy, someone you admire? Can you try to copy them? HOW you reignite this birthright is.... TRY THIS... If there was no choice other than for you to be addicted to feeling love and joy, HOW does that look like to and for you? Close your eyes, grab a pen and paper, then write with your eyes closed. Prompt yourself with the question aforementioned and let go. Maybe you write words, maybe you draw. The point, just let your hand flow and be amazed, even shocked at WHAT you may discover. DID YOU KNOW... The Dalai Lama is an advocate for love and joy. His smile is enough to make oneself consider to open up to the feeling of love and joy. Google some of his photos or YouTube the Dalai Lama talking. It is here you'll be able to really jump into being addicted to the feeling of love and joy. Again, this is NOT in the book YOU ARE...it's merely a short example (more lengthy details and guidance are in the book), of what to expect when you buy it, love it and enjoy it. Sarah

19.01.2022 Just had a USA based radio station call, wanting to interview me for YOU ARE... But as it's still at the publisher, delayed due to technicalities, it'll have to wait. Good news! They still want to interview me when it's good to go.... Super grateful

13.01.2022 Food for thought as we embark on the energy that is 2021 = 5 = lots of changes divinely orchestrated Happy new year

08.01.2022 So grateful! While processing resistance and pain, then letting go and allowing myself to accept and receive, and well I certainly received, I channelled inspiration for a new book to follow on from YOU ARE... I'm going to collab with my Illustrator @Anna Unearthed ... See scribble on paper! Would you read this? #manifestation

02.01.2022 Bones of Women is the story of two strangers, Liane Allison, Institute Of Empathic Leadership and Noni Croft who survived their painful and debilitating childho...ods. Watch as they share how they turned their pain into a life of abundance, now able to thrive. Filmed at Oodies Cafe, a live audience listened in via headphones to the women's stories. They were not able to see who was talking, they could only hear them. This deliberate separation allowed the audience to connect and resonate, with a deeper understanding of how to transform trauma into triumph. And the ending, well...it's unexpected! If you're after some fresh inspiration and a unique style of filmmaking, where the audience is as much part of the film as the two women's stories, then Bones of Women is your must see documentary for 2021. You'll be glad you watched it! As the filmmaker of #BonesofWomen, my hope for you is that you take away an optimistic and new way of perceiving healing. That, given time, may certainly lead you to a fulfilled life of self-awareness and personal development, through loving your story and who you are now! After all, it's in our bones that we carry our most authentic selves. And good news is that we're in a time of global change and awakening. Where as adults we can choose a new outcome. Come see how Bones of Women creates a new pathway of storytelling. I hope to see you at the worldwide premiere, Saturday May 8, 2pm at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre Bundaberg. *Yes, it's the same day as the music concert, but the film runs 2pm-3pm, so there's still plenty of time to party and enjoy both experiences Here are some important links Tickets https://www.whatsonbundaberg.com.au//bones-of-women-the-do Giveaway, show me your ticket https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=254140892741447&id=105259384296266 Gratitude, Sarah Tump
