07.01.2022 Tj Smith is an experienced lifter. He approached me some time ago to start training him on a weekly basis to gain strength in his core area. He is always eager to try new movements and if they challenge him he practices them in his own training sessions until he perfects them. 03.01.2022 Eating one 500-600 calorie main meal, 2 shakes with banana, two 200 calorie snacks and drinking 3+litres of water a day, has helped me quickly reach my goal weight. I made sure I was in a calorie deficit every day by at least 500 calories. I weigh my food and track it on myfitnesspal app every day so I know I am on the right track. I make sure my meals are nutritious, colourful, flavoursome and pleasing to look at. Losing weight does not need to be complicated and you cer...tainly do not need to be hungry. If your nutrition is on point, you do not need to brake your butt exercising for hours each day and certainly not by doing endless cardio. Find what works for you, commit to it and live your best life This is an example of my main meal daily. I have chosen not to eat red meat since I was 15. See more
01.01.2022 Well that was easy! Back to Pre Christmas weight 30 Days of Nutrition at 5 Days a week at 1,700 calories a day... 2 Days a week cleansing my body 500 calories Reduced my exercise 6.65kg and 53.5cm loss A happy tummy again and feeling back in the game! Next 30 days will be fine tuning
